In this pelvic floor class, we will work on basic floor anatomy with focus on the areas of lacking tone or too much tone, which is tightness. We will concentrate on the breathing methods through strengthening the pelvic region due to child birth and or surgery. These exercises will also help those suffering from sciatica nerve pain as well.
