New Moon is a time where we aim the arrows of our intentions. We set goals and spend quiet time to see them clearly. We envision the best outcomes of situations or reflect on qualities we would like to exhibit in the month ahead.
15 minutes: Mediation and Set Intentions. I will talk a bit about meditation, where the moon is and why the New Moon has traditionally been used for setting goals. Students will get at least 10 minutes of meditation.
1 Hour: Yoga Flow. We will build heat and then focus on yummy stretches and twists.
15 Minutes: Breathing Exercises and Journal.
